Everyone seems to be on a diet these days. Whether it's diet pills or a diet regimen, I seem to be surrounded with people trying to trim their fats. And who wouldn't be? It's the summer season and everyone is supposed to have a beach-ready body, ready to flaunt and show off.
It's a different story for us here at home. We only want to be healthy. And healthy means eating right. So far, we have accomplished cooking up vegetables for every single meal (except cheat day!). That is our formula so far and uhmm.. I guess nothing happened yet?
Should we start taking pills? Should we drop rice at the last meal?
One by one, ideas and best practices sprout out of desperation but one thing we have not opted for?
A fitness program.
Yep, that's one thing lacking in our formula. And right now, I decide to do something about that take a program that is perfect for Filipinos - perfect for me.
I learned about Coach Jim Saret's FitFil (Fit Filipino) Fitness Boot Camp.
It is a 12-15 session program running 3 times a week. The kickoff will be happening soon here in Cebu on May 15- June 9, 2012 with the following schedules:
- Tuesday and Thursday from 6 pm to 8 pm
- Saturdays from 6 am to 8 am
This will be happening at The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu, Cebu City.
